This lovely remodeled ground floor, walk-out residence is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and three smart TVs. Guests also have access to two spacious patios and underground parking for one car. Additional parking for extra vehicles is available directly across the street from the Pinecone Lodge.
The bedroom configuration for the property is as follows:
Master bedroom with King bed, adjacent bathroom
Guest bedroom with a Split King (or two twin beds), en-suite Jack and Jill Bathroom.

With its close proximity to Arrowhead Lift less than a 5 minute walk on heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally you are provided with complimentary access to the Village Connect shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort.
Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
