This two-level, four-bedroom residence can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Guests will appreciate the mountain views, open floorplan and wood-burning fireplace. The abundance of windows provide copious amounts of natural light. Additional highlights in this residence include access to the community pool (summer only), hot tubs, and tennis court.

Guests will delight in having a private patio with gas Weber Grill and hot tub located off the main living room overlooking the 5th fairway of the Beaver Creek Golf Course.
This residence is offers parking for two vehicles in the heated garage and one vehicle in the driveway. With the complimentary Village Connect shuttle available from 7:00am to Midnight - which takes you anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch - access to the ski slopes in the winter is a breeze.
All necessities are provided for our guests.
This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathroom are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway.
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
